Southwestern Utah's only independent bookstore selling all new books, covering most genres and categories, and offering a full slate of events--author presentations and signings, poetry readings, four book clubs, game nights, kids' story time, open mic nights, etc. We've expanded into the whole historic home, offering a special YA/Fantasy/SciFi/Graphic room with a dedicated Harry Potter space and Cupboard Under the Stairs. In our new back patio room, we have games, puzzles, etc. and offer a coffee machine and artisan chocolate. Patrons can pick a book, turn the page, take a sip, and settle in. We are fast becoming the literary soul of our growing community.

The Book Bungalow is such a cozy, inviting place! I love the atmosphere and the building itself. It’s fun just wandering around and exploring all the shelves and little corners. I could easily spend hours browsing their books. Their Harry Potter section is especially adorable and immersive. A must-visit for book lovers.

My first visit to St George and again on my second visit I had to make sure to stop at this unique book store. A wonderful place to browse for books, every room was labeled by category in plain sight. Cute and fun kids room! The staff was very friendly and directed me to the books I was looking for and helped me locate another book I was buying as a gift. Assisted me at the door when I was leaving. A great book store to shop.

Wow, what a wonderful book shop! There was a well curated collection of new books that are arranged in the rooms of a former house. The decorations were fantastic, I really liked the themes in the science fiction and fantasy room. There are lots of comfortable seating for browsing both indoors and in a covered outdoor patio. Coffee and tea were available for a modest price. The staff members were attentive and knew books. I will make this a must stop when visiting St George.

Super cute bookstore! What a wonderful find! Very diverse and inclusive. Fun gift options and great book selection. Really adorable section for the youth (a must see for Harry Potter lovers!) Friendly staff, too! Will definitely return.

The sweetest little local bookstore you could ask for. The owners are kind, helpful and very personable. The uniqueness of the kids section was darling with different scenery from classic kids books. We LOVED to Harry Potter nook too. Definitely a must if you’re a book lover.
