This was my first visit to Book Corner, but it wont be my last! First off, Park in the Rear, that is the Active Entrance and best parking! The police enforcement sign only refers to non-customers! This is a huge new and used bookstore with wild decor. Each floor is about 4000 square feet of book shelves. The first floor is new non-fiction and fiction. The second floor is used fiction and the basement is used non-fiction. Entire rooms are dedicated genres. The second floor has a space with chairs set-up for readings and there are musical instruments on the first and second floors. I have yet to venture into the basement. It is directly next door to the police station so parking is very safe. Police officers use the back lot for their personal vehicles. Unfortunately it isn't handicapped accessible. There is a step down to enter the building and stairs between the various floors.

I was visiting the area and I always make it a habit to find a local bookstore. I came across this one and was pleasantly surprised. The entrance is in the back which initially put me off. That’s just me tho lol the owner was very friendly and immediately explained the layout of the store to me. My advice is to check ALL sections because there were some romantasy books I like that I found in the children’s section. Books with some explicit content so, I’m glad I continued to walk around and search. My son was permitted and even encouraged to try out all the instruments which with great and helped in distracting him (he’s 6).

Nestled in the heart of Niagara Falls, New York, The Book Corner stands as a monumental tribute to the written word. This multi-story marvel isn't just the largest new and used bookstore in Western New York; it's a sanctuary for bibliophiles that has stood the test of many decades. My wife has always spoken highly of this bookstore, sharing stories of its endless treasures and warm, inviting atmosphere. So, when we recently relocated from out-of-state and purchased a home in the area, a visit to The Book Corner was naturally at the top of our to-do list. Stepping into The Book Corner is like entering a different realm. With room after room filled to the brim with every genre imaginable, both fiction and non-fiction, the store is a labyrinth of literary wonders. It’s not an exaggeration to say you could spend a lifetime exploring its corners, discovering rare finds and beloved classics along the way. The experience is as overwhelming as it is exhilarating, offering an escape into the worlds crafted by countless authors. While Niagara Falls might be the second most visited attraction in the United States, The Book Corner (est. 1962) is a captivating destination in its own right. It’s a place that reminds us of the power and beauty of books, inviting visitors to lose themselves in the magic of reading. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure to set aside plenty of time for The Book Corner. It’s not just a bookstore; it’s an adventure that awaits within the pages of thousands of stories.

This is a magical place! The space is huge and beautiful, full of history and character and art. The owner is lovely and passionate and the cats are adorable! The Book Corner is a permanent stop on my annual Niagara trip. My friends and I can spend hours combing thru all three floors of books, playing with musical instruments, chasing cats, and listening to the owner’s (his name escapes me at this moment) incredible stories. So if you, like me, love books, cats, and magical places, please visit and support this amazing establishment! The prices are great too!
