The spirit was great. I didn’t have to wait at all. From the time I walked in to the time I was able to see the four bedroom townhome. I was given the applicable information to go further in the process of finding my new home for my family.

If I can give a 0... I would. I lived here 5 years. New Management every year but it trash there. These are the worst apartments you can live in around Hampton. They are not up to date, they are very old and needs to be renovated badly. The management is painting the outside to make them look good but there nothing to do in the neighborhood. Kids are also in the streets causing issues, robbing cars, and breaking windows. My bathroom had a major leak due to my neighbors having a bad leak... It never got fixed. I had to call the City to have them almost condemn it after Avalon let my roof fall in and then they "repaired" it but that was a paint job. My AC unit never seemed to work...We would burn up in the summer and freeze upstairs in the winter. No matter how many reports nothing. Please don’t spend your hard earned money at these apartments and then are stuck with a lease like I was due to the turnovers every year. I started paying 1275; I just moved out last month and was having to renew and pay 1885 almost 1900. Hell no! Dont Move Here if you dont already live. If you live here already please get out!

Zero stars. first off stay away make this your last option I went 2 years with no A/C then the A/C is on only one side of apartment maintenance is the worst roaches are bad pest control never came out animals all in the walls. My front door had gaps so cold air kept coming in my unit I had a thin piece of plexiglass for a front door window. My tub started leaking all maintenance did was patch up Crack never fixed the problem. What a shame these are the worst apartments i've ever stayed in

0/10 I moved in my four bedroom in August right before school started and I thought everything was fine until everything started leaking and falling apart! I’ve been without a kitchen sink and countertop for little over a month now I couldn’t cook thanksgiving food like I wanted or Christmas dinner smh my dryer stopped working also an outlet exploded on me they need to upgrade these townhomes asap
