The Hidden Lantern Bookstore

Excellent bookstore in Rosemary Beach. The owner was friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked with a variety of genres as well as games, cards, bookmarks and journals. Cute children section for a Narnia-like photo opportunity. Was excited to see a Christian section and ended up getting 2 great titles. Love they provide a free bookmark with your book purchase as well. Check them out for a nice beach read or family game.

I stopped in during a weekend getaway and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere was cozy, the shop was well-lit and very well stocked. I was able to find so much to take home with me! I have been in lots of book shops around the country and this one is among one is the best I've been in! There were tons of books, but also so many gift items, puzzles, stationary and pens, art supplies, toys, board and card games- I was so impressed! I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Stopped here while visiting from KS on vacation. While the store is small, the selection is incredibly broad; there is something for everyone. I liked the way it was organized, and the decor. The only thing I noticed is a lack of selection for kiddos age 5-7ish; the books kind of jumped from picture books to the 8-12 age range. But it’s a small gripe amidst a wonderful store!

Such a cute little store! They had a pretty large selection of books and lots of cute bookmarks, etc to go along with the books. It was quiet and cozy, several places to sit. Highly recommend and I’ll be coming back when I visit the area again.
