The moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by shelves overflowing with literary treasures, the kind of place where you could spend hours exploring without even realizing it. It’s a literary dream come true, with a cozy charm that makes you want to grab a book, sink into a chair, and stay awhile. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the selection is both thoughtful and extensive, and you can tell this place is built by and for book lovers. Eugene is lucky to have such a gem!

Much-loved local book store that offers various events - music, talks, book launches and fundraising events as well as selling local and national best selling authors' books. They also purchase and sell used books, included collectible editions. Knowledgeable staff and a treasured community-building business.

This is such a wonderful space. The environment feels inclusive and welcoming and I particularly enjoy their staff picks, with little tidbits as to why it was their pick. It has led me to try many books I didn’t think I’d enjoy. They also host sweet music performances and book signings.

This store is a treasure! If you haven't been, you have to check it out. Good prices and selection (including books for less than $2) and wonderful ambience. Friendly folks, too, and they have events (music, authors, etc.)
