Suuuch a cool place. We started seeing all the fun signs about 40 miles away and got really excited to check it out. It's huge. We got elk burgers and their 5 cent cups of coffee. Everything was amazing. The decor is incredible. Really takes you back in time and feels so western. We were so glad for all the signs because it quickly became a favorite from our road trip.

This place is fantastic. We were in Hermosa and decided to drive out and see this place in person. The fun started many miles out as the kids were reading the many roadside signs along the highway. Once we arrived, we spent a couple hours checking everything out. This really is a great place to stop and see. Finally we were ready to eat, so we made our way to one of the many restaurants. One of the specials was a hot beef sandwich. I have never had one, nor have seen one offered, so I had to try it out. It was absolutely amazing and packed with flavor. Our meals were finished off with slices of homemade pie, I went for cherry. Everything tasted so good, including the 5 cent cup of coffee.

I know people say this is a tourist trap but for someone who enjoys the obscure this is an incredible piece of history. Wonderful stop to get a bite to eat or look around and stretch your legs. Pick up that souvenir or a free bumper sticker. If you're around this is completely worth the stop.

This is a unique location. All the stores are under one giant building and you can walk through each one without having to go outside. Very interesting. Lots of cool things, and items. Good food. Hey cmon, they don’t have any Espresso which is my complaint. Not even the fudge shop had espresso! What’s up with that?

Sure, it’s a bit of a tourist trap, but the fudge is absolutely delicious and creamy—definitely worth 5 stars! The donuts were good, though my husband found them a little too crunchy for his taste. The maple topping was more like a thick icing than a glaze. On a positive note, they offer free donuts to military members and veterans, which is such a generous touch. I was a little disappointed that the outdoor jackalope was closed, especially with the beautiful weather, but I’d still highly recommend stopping by for the fudge. And if you have the time, be sure to visit the gorgeous chapel—it’s well worth seeing!
