Walls of Books (Cornelius)

A really cute bookshop with majority used books, but also a small section of new. The YA and Teen section felt like walking into a Barnes and Noble circa 2010 and it was awesome. Very fun to peruse the shelves and grab some books. The prices on most seemed very reasonable. It’s even better if you live in the area as they offer trade in options that give you credits towards your next purchase. Organized alphabetically by author. The staff member was helpful with questions and suggestions based on books I said I’d previously enjoyed.

If I could give this sweet little bookstore, 10 stars, I would. The owner Melinda Hall runs this quaint bookstore and her love for books is evident in the way she laid out her lovely little shop. They offer new and used books. There is a charm in the hidden nooks and crannies. I love it! They have a used book buy back system. Look into the details. I’m not sure how that works. Such a great used bookstore! The lady working there was super nice and really helpful. She answered all my questions about book recommendations, showed me where to find things, and even helped me track down a specific book that was tucked away. The store is very well organized and has a cozy atmosphere. I ended up buying three books during my visit and can’t wait to go back. One thing I’m especially excited about is their Trade Back program; if you bring back one of their books with the yellow sticker after you’ve read it, they give you a higher store credit to use toward another book. Love that idea and can’t wait to make use of it!

Nice local book store. Good customer service. I like the option of getting a percentage of the purchase back towards another book. For a small store it has a wide selection of books and gifts. There is a lot of parking in front of the store.
