Artifact Books

This is one of my favorite bookstores I’ve ever been to. Greg is incredibly kind, deeply knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He’s even suggested other places to find books if one I’m looking for isn’t on the shelves. I absolutely love getting fantasy recommendations from him. The place may be small but it is cozy and very well curated. Used books are well taken care of and reasonably-priced as well. I genuinely can’t overstate how much I love stopping in and talking with Greg. I always find my way into the store when I’m in town and I never regret it.

This is a nice little bookshop, but what really makes it so cool is the owner. He clearly has a passion for sharing great literature and is enjoyable to talk with about the books in his collection. I highly recommend visiting and buying and/or trading lots of books from him whenever you are in the area. He's also happy to accept book donations and ensure that the books he can't use are forwarded on to where they would be used and appreciated.

Best part of coming here. Small. Lots of signed copies. Vintage horror books? Yeah, I am there. Organized. Curated. Bookkeep was quiet, but helpful and knew exactly what to point out. He was listening without interrupting and that is always someone you need in your corner in a bookstore. An awesome place that deserves your attention and when I visit, I will always come back. If you love books, you will love this place. More than 5 stars, all the stars.

Giant fan of this potentially overlooked gem. It's one of those stores where you just feel you can never explore long enough. Charming staff, and when you can't be close enough to put your paws on the goods, they are top rate shippers! First IRL visit after multiple cross-country shipments from some of my favorite authors. My pic is took turned out less than stellar....if i get back I'll make sure to check before I split!
