This World of Chocolate class is a MUST experience! So...Chef Jeanlouise of Le Cordon Bleu is a former Peace Corps volunteer & expert professor of The World of Chocolate experience at Each Peach/Bold Fork Books gave us a global cacao tour through taste this eve! Yep, me & fam enjoyed chocolate class and the fully booked class of fellow 'chocolate learners'/students of chocolate all received A+++ *We had fun understanding the history of different cacao environments for growth and harvest, noticing familiar ingredients, reading chocolate labels (it's a process really), techniques to savor the chocolate and an important ideal in the world of chocolate called 'taste of the place.'

Bold Fork Books is a singular gem of a bookstore. I happened on it while walking home from dinner in Mt. Pleasant. It is a beautifully curated bookstore focusing on the art and science of cooking and food. It is well organized and the staff is incredibly well informed and so kind. I am so happy to support its mission and look forward to ordering from the store and visiting whenever I am in DC.

Such a fun, cute little bookstore! We came to see Eric Adjepong and Korsha Wilson promote their book, Ghana to the World and had a blast (moderated by the always fun Carla Hall). A great place for foodies to stop and browse.

This bookshop is so cute! I love cookbooks and the fact that this shop is all about them is such a clever idea. I went for a book event and had the best time. Unfortunately, it's kind of far for me, so I'll probably only go for special occasions

Tiny, cozy book store with nice varied selection of genres and authors. Just a heads up that this is “a pop in and out” type of bookstore. The space is very tight so there’s no seating inside for you to lounge and flip through books.
