Exceptional bookstore! Sag Harbor Books is an absolute gem and a must visit when you are in the Hamptons. Diverse, eclectic variety of books to choose from, especially the books on the history of Long Island and the East End in particular. Amazing and super patient customer service from the knowledgeable staff. A fun and chill vibe makes this one of the best bookstores you will ever visit anywhere. Well earned 5/5!

Great customer service, there was an issue with an order that I placed. I am out of state in Texas, the second employee I talked to was beyond helpful. He took the initiative to not only handle the situation right away, but got my book out and shipped the very next day. The care of packaging was exceptional. If you are looking into purchasing from any of the online events or even just directly from their inventory, you will be in good hands. Highly recommend.
