Good collection of books, toys, show-pieces along with the unique items that can be gifted to someone. Must visit if you are keen of art- creativity and home improvement materials that can bring liveliness.

This bookstore doesn’t have many books but it is more like a souvenir shop with nice gifts and cards.

This attractive bookstore has lots of gifts and souvenirs galore! Alya was most helpful as she wrapped my gift with precision and care. Visiting from Florida this is a place that you have to come in and enjoy your purchases at reasonable prices.

The staff is very friendly. They had a book that my daughter had been looking everywhere for. She was very happy. They also have a lot of little knik knaks in there that are very cool. Overall, it's a very cute little book shop.

Visited Coastside Bookstore on July 9, 2023 at 1:00pm. The female sales clerk acted as if I was going to steal from them. I did purchase a lovely hummingbird painted towel. After showing the towel to my girlfriend, she wanted two of them. I did not share my negative experience with my girlfriend and children. I asked my two children that appear Asian (I am dark skinned) to go and purchase two of the towels for her. Upon their return, my son shared that the salesclerk acted as if they were going to steal. One time maybe a false impression, twice.... Half Moon Bay has many lovely stores. I would not recommend going into this one.
