Columbus Bound Bookshop

I have liked coming here! I went to a fun event they had my first time going by and then went a separate time to buy a book and a game. They remembered me as a customer and even saved one of my belongings that I had accidentally left at the event to get it returned to me, which I really appreciated! Lots of book options and other items. I will be a repeat customer!

I typically love independent bookstores. After attending the adult book fair this institution hosted yesterday that was allegedly 'scholastic-inspired', I don't want to set foot in the actual store. Though the people were nice, the event was very lackluster, all of the books were too expensive, and it had none of the magic or nostalgia that I had been hoping for. I find that events are typically reflective of the person or institution hosting them, and if this is what Columbus Bound does for an event, I'd rather save myself from being disappointed again.

This is a locally owned bookstore. They have a great selection and the owners are so kind. I can spend hours looking at all of the books but when in doubt, they offer great recommendations. They have book themed events, guest speakers/authors, and have weekly story time for kids. This is a must go to place for book lovers and to support local business.
