Elk River Books

What a fantastic book store! They ship books, so if you don't have room in your suitcase, you can still buy from them. The employee I interacted with was so sweet and helpful! If I'm ever back in Livingston, I'll shop here again for sure!

I went here last summer, and realized after thinking about it recently that I never left a review back then! This bookstore is great. I stopped here while passing through and getting lunch. We parked out front, and I was attracted in from the two floors of books I could see from the doorway! After taking time to look through the shelves and all of the fun stuff they offer, we ended up leaving with a cute cat themed deck of cards. This place has awesome books, but also a great selection for random gifts for loved ones! There's definitely something for everyone. To top it off, we struck up a great conversation with the owner of the shop that so happens to be from our hometown!! All the way across the country. Small world. I've saved the bookstore on Google Maps so we can ensure we make it back our next time passing through!

A great place to unwind and cozy up with a good book on a comfy couch. They have an excellent assortment of book selections. The place is very clean and inviting. I attended a book reading event there and learned about Yellowstone Safe Passages, a community-led collaboration to address and resolve wildlife-vehicle crashes on Highway 89 between Livingston and Yellowstone National Park. A big thumbs up!!!

Great place to spend alot of time browsing. The layout of the shop was outstanding. Book shelves were labeled really well. It's not a huge shop, but they had some really great books. We bought 4!
