Fact & Fiction (Downtown)

These folks delivered a bespoke Christmas miracle. At the eleventh hour on Christmas Eve, right before closing the register, the Fact and Fiction crew saw us looking wanly at the closed sign and pulled us in to affect a quick last-minute gift purchase for my parents, both avid readers. With a scant handful of details about the recipients, the staff immediately produced no fewer than 6 recommendations and we left with perfect gifts in hand. This exceptional service is representative of every experience I've had in the store, and I highly recommend Fact and Fiction to anyone in search of something to read.

Bookstore is nice but definitely has a strong agenda. Not many classics or material for people with a different world view than the owner. Cute reading accessories like bookmarks and mugs. Would have appreciated seeing myself represented more in book selections. There are other bookstores in town that would have a more expansive selection.

A really special bookstore with a thoughtful selection. The staff are genuinely kind and know their stuff. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, browse, and come back often.

A cozy and friendly store with many great titles on display. It makes me want to spend the day there browsing all the selections! It's nice to shop local as well.
