Great selection. Kids room was good to see too. Prices weren't the greatest but still far from bad. Felt slightly distrusted there but I can't exactly place why. Employees were professional. Maybe just me or the day. So atleast 4 stars.

A few friends and I stopped in while visiting for the eclipse and it was the second best thing that we got to experience that day! This place is an absolute book lovers dream! There is such a wide variety of books; ranging from the most niche to some more popular prints. I could have easily spent my whole day rummaging through all the shelves, boxes, and nooks and crannies that books were stored in! Also, the passion that the owner has for her store is unmatched and she has curated a wonderful selection of books for every reader! The next time I venture up to northern Vermont again, I'll make sure to stop in and do some more browsing and buying of treasures :)

Green Mountain Books and Prints is the perfect place for any reader to browse and shop for new and used books. There are thousands of novels, some of which are by local authors. Kim is wonderful, positive, and always has great recommendations. The children's section has a spot for kids to play or sit and read while the adults get lost in reading the synopsis of the many choices. There are chairs placed in different nooks to sit and read if you wish. The atmosphere is laid back, allowing you to enjoy taking your time while browsing. Cozy and welcoming.

Easily the best bookshop within an hour, likely the best in the NEK, convenient to I-91. Kim (owner) is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and her staff is almost as good. (She also owns a good coffee shop a very short walk away.) Interesting selection of both new and used books. Highly recommended!
