I can’t believe that I passed this gem a million times because I never crossed the street! Do yourself a favor and visit Inkwood Books. They have a huge selection and host a number of events. The event I attended was a stop on the book tour for author Jeannine A. Cook- “It’s Me They Follow.” I can’t wait to visit again and take a longer look at their selections. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The event was top notch too. Cross the street and discover a magical place that should not be missed.

The best local bookstore around! Great selection, plus great community events. Staff are super friendly. They always have new releases and popular books, plus you can order basically any book online. Seriously a local gem and cornerstone of the community.

This independent bookstore is on the lovely main road in Haddonfield and is the perfect place to drop in before or after a meal or coffee at one of the many surrounding (also small) businesses. They had a nice selection of a variety of genres, and I really liked the children's section, which was partially divided by ages group/reading level (which is helpful for clueless aunties like myself). One of my favorite things about indie bookshops is their bookish gifts/swag, and Inkwood has this in spades. I also enjoyed the staff recommendations throughout the store.

This is a cute little bookstore with a focus on newer, bookish trends, especially those popular on BookTok. The selection is decent, but it’s still on the smaller side. Right now, it seems heavily focused on YA, which is great for fans of that genre, but I hope they expand into other genres in the future. The romance and fiction section is a bit lacking, and the horror section is limited mostly to Stephen King. I had a hard time finding much in the way of fantasy. That being said, it's still a good spot to check out if you're in the neighborhood.

Favorite bookstore. Point blank period. I may live 1.5 hours away, but they get the credit they deserve. My boyfriend turned me onto them, and they truly have the best selection of books.
