Nourish Cafe at Bethesda Hospital Starting to become really toxic place to come get coffee this week, I use to come everyday until later this week . the guy who I see in the morning everyday coming into work. He has great vibe always seeing him working hard and keeping busy. I haven't seen him much this week. there's only few people who always made the place not feel welcomed. Melissa always has a nasty tone, and I see her outside half the time not doing nothing and smoking cigs and smoking weed. Kendal who always has treats the other coworker rudely. Snapping at them, telling them in nasty tones that they are job right. Coffee has been tasting nasty, like they aren't putting the right stuff in it. they are always out of what I want, and I notice on the weekends specially that massive food is being wasted seems to me that they are over stocking the wrong items. Get your staff together because after long day of working I would like to come get good drinks from kind people. we haven't seen the friendly people lately

Went into cafe in Lexington KY. Sat there for 10 minutes and nobody came to my table. I kept asking waiters as they walked by if anyone was in charge of this table. They shrugged their shoulders. Talked to manager and she didn’t seem to care either. I walked out without food.

The actual worst book seller I have ever dealt with. Purchased books five weeks ago, my card was charged, and never received the books. I called 5 times, left multiple emails for the warehouse (wherein I was told I'd hear back from someone in 24 hours and never did), paid an exorbitant amount in shipping (only for it to turn out to be ground shipping), and never received tracking information on my purchase. How on earth am I supposed to know if my package is lost, delivered, or anything for that matter when its been as long as it has and I don't have tracking info? Then one of the few times I actually got a person on the phone, I was told that I was being rude and needed to be patient...after five weeks of my card being charged, no product received, no tracking info, literally no help whatsoever. 10/10 do not recommend and will never buy from them again. This experience has (unfortunately) pushed me to shop at big boxes like target and amazon instead...at least there I get tracking...and ya know...the product I paid for. Ludacris.

My 11 year old son with special needs and I had a horrible experience at Joseph Beth. Upon arrival, my son's jacket set off the store's sensors. I made a purchase and as we were leaving, the sensors were again set off. This time an employee demanded that he hand her his jacket. He did so with no problem. She then balled up his expensive jacket and started rubbing it on the dirty counter. She then said, "there, I heard a beep". By then, my son's fairly new jacket was filthy. I was upset about the dirty jacket, at my son and I being accosted and at being humiliated. It should have been obvious that he had not taken anything since the sensor was set off when he first entered the store. The employee was very aggressive with my Autistic son. I will never shop there again.

Staff is always helpful. Katie went straight to my requested book on the shelf.
