I have recently moved to the property and everything has been outstanding, other than the disgusting state of the retail-managed areas. We have noticed the three pet relief areas are not maintained, leading to many residents allowing their animals to use the entirety of the property as a bathroom. Spend 5 minutes watching the property and you will see animals urinating on the walls of the shopping center and defecating on the sidewalk. In at least the last month, the dog relief area by the train station has not been cleaned (many turf photos below are from there). Some of the diahhrea spots have been there since we moved in. The trash (cigarette/joint butts, water bottles, etc.) has also not been cleaned since we moved in. You can't stomach the smell in any of the relief areas, especially on a warm day, due to the odor of fermented urine. The alley in the images is littered with feces and trash that hasn't been picked up. The door is the entrance to the building, and the wet spot that seems to always be there is urine. The next-closest dog relief area (an additional 5 minute walk from this one, where most residents live above) is also not maintained. The handy-dandy hand sanitizer has no top, so its just rain water. Please prioritize maintaining the cleanliness of the property so those of us who live here can be proud of doing so. I am sure the retailers who have not left and future retailers who are debating a lease here would agree! Pictured: A security officer passing dog feces. They looked at it and kept walking rather than calling housekeeping to take care of it. Pet relief areas littered with trash and feces. Connected alley littered with trash and feces. Door to entrance of building with urine pool.

Little tiny shopping center with a coffee shop and playground in the middle. Looks clean, safe, good views but not much to do.

Roosevelt collection doesn’t have anything worth stopping by for. The theater is gone, the popular retailers are gone and they now utilize a parking system that over charges visitors simply because the shops aren’t making any money. Don’t even ride thru here because they will charge you just for that! Don’t even waste your time better options are near by.

-2 stars for the expensive parking! $10 for an hour. Stores are okay. Employees are very good. Don't park at the streets there. Park in the underground parking. Then the stores can validate your parking. I didn't know this, there are no clear sign either explaining this.

A nice little shopping center with great views of the Sears Tower, Chinatown, and Union Station. This place is very contemporary design, offering many clothing stores, medical and dental clinics, restaurants, cafes, a theater, and a British International school. A great place to hang out while waiting for the Chicago Architectural boat tour with Chicago Lakefront Cruises on 900 S. Wells St.
