I have been a client of Love Inc CC since 2018. They have helped me through the toughest times in my life always with a God Bless You, 😊 and you are welcome. I have never found any of their staff to be rude or dismissive, on the contrary they have always been helpful and kind, listening to my needs and coming up with possible options and opportunities. The reason they want to sign you up as a client is so they can contact you with events in the future (free holiday meals, school back packs and supplies, oil changes, gas cards, etc.). If you don't sign up, you won't be contacted. They send out reminders of upcoming events to their clients and are on top of what your family needs. I personally have received help with transitioning into a new apartment with my son after splitting with my ex. I received help with furniture, cleaning products, beds and mattresses (this is suspended right now), winter coats, holiday meals, gift cards, oil changes and mechanic repairs, etc. I believe the people who work / volunteer Love Inc of Carver Co. deserve so much gratitude for their time and help. Thank you everyone!

Filled out the form on the website asking for gas cards as I live in my car. Got no response. Tried another time....no response. Disappointed...I heard so many positive things.

Hands down one of the best resources in carver county!! They helped me while I was experiencing homelessness and have continued to stay in contact with me since throughout my moving process and ending homelessness. Providing my family with essentials, some holiday treats and many smiles! Amazing friendly and wonderful people who volunteer and work here. Kind souls and heartwarming prayers that helped comfort me through such a difficult time in life. Intake process is quick and super simple. I will 100% recommend to everyone who is looking for a little help during rough times. God bless.

Customer service & compassion are clearly not their strong suits!! The majority of their staff I have spoken with on the phone are beyond rude. I've called 3 times within the past 5 months to see about help with car repairs - the 1st time I called I spoke with a lady who was extremely pleasant, and was actually apologetic of the fact that they didn't have available funding to help. She offered to sign me up as a client so I would be in their system, but I declined since I didn't think I'd need help in the near future. My car ended up breaking down a 2nd time, so I called again - this time I spoke to a man that answered my questions in a very rushed, rude tone - telling me they had no funding available, and said he wouldn't even sign me up as a new client since they didn't have current funds, which was the complete opposite of what I had previously been told. I called a 3rd time (on 11/14/18 at approx. 1:20 pm), waiting the month to call back as I was directed by the man I spoke to, and almost hung up on the woman that answered my call. I asked her if they were taking new applicants for their car repair assistance & she replied "hold on, start over. You want to know if we're taking new applicants for WHAT?!", and proceeded to speak to me in an even more rude & condescending tone than the man I spoke to before her. When people are calling a charity, asking for help, the last thing they need is to be made to feel inadequate or like a burden.

Love Inc. is an incredible organization with a true heart to help those in need by being the hands and feet of Jesus. I cannot speak highly enough of the numerous services they provide and / or partner with.
