Little Indie Bookshop

Very quaint and cute bookstore. All new books and lots of little extras to peruse. They have cute stickers, bookmarks, candles, cards, etc. This is a great place to stop in and wander around. They also do prepaid book orders, and they'll leave your book with your name on it right outside the door. Very thoughtful and convenient as you're on the go.

Main Street hosted an author event with book signing. I had no choice but to bring my toddler. The staff set up the event perfectly from check in at the door until long after clean up. Even when my toddler sat in the middle of a walkway, the staff seemed to go out of their way to make us feel welcomed. What an amazing experience today!

Super cute standard bookstore. Clean and set up nicely. Offers some range of gift-able items to go with your book if you plan on buying as a gift. Not much for sale items. Has a good section for kids.

This independent bookstore is a must see if you're ever in the Davidson downtown area. I was pleasantly surprised with the large selection of African American literature. The children's section was pretty impressive as well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
