As a public educator, I highly recommend Madison Reading Project. Kids' access to books is critical for reading development, and my school proudly partners with them for events that provide students with free books to take home. We love when they visit our schools and always have fun. The staff bring great energy and get the kids excited about reading.

I visited with my team to discuss how we can help fundraise/volunteer, and walking into that building was like being transported to another world! I realized I hadn’t seen a children’s book in 20 years and it was so euphoric to see how they’d evolved to be so inclusive and diverse in so many ways. It’s amazing to see an organization that intentionally curates a selection that will inspire children from all walks of life. I am astounded by the energy and passion from every member I met, and I look forward to helping the cause in any ways I can!
