Great store for books, kids toys and games. Friendly and helpful staff with lots of suggestions on what book you are looking for. Would come back again.

Kids enjoyed visiting this local bookstore when we made a day trip to Rhinebeck. It has a charming small town feel. We’ve been to the location in Millerton several times.

On our recent trip up north, Oblong Books was on our list of places we wanted to stop at. Their book selection is spectacular. They have alot of new releases, bestsellers, all the genres, knick knacks, gifts, and everything else you can think of. Their shelves are well stocked so if you go here, pretty sure you will find what you are looking for. We would definitely stop back in if we are back in the area!

I stopped by Oblong Books the other day to check out their picture books. I was very impressed by the curation. They have put together a beautiful selection of books, balancing classics and soon-to-be favorites. I was struck by the number of small presses represented and how many of the very latest releases they had in stock.

One of our favorite book stores. Stroller friendly. Wheelchair maneuverability is decent. Great little kid and middle grade book selection. Easy browsing for the whole store to find great books. Along with fabulous other items for sale. Lots of local also. They do have an Angel Tree for books also!
