A beautiful bookstore in Chickamauga. I would highly recommend stopping in, even if it takes you out of your way. While small, has a great variety of books and records. Has awesome treats, (cake pops, tea, hot cocoa, etc) and fulfills every possible small town bookstore aesthetic.

Our friend recommended this cute coffe shop/bookstore/record store to us and I can't stop wanting to go 😅 It's quiet and the owners are such lovely ladies. To be honest Stories & Songs is kind of like my favorite place now to get some peace of mind 💖

This is a kind of personal, coincidence review. A story I thought y'all might like... Stopped in here to ask directions and met three of the loveliest Chickamaugan women. While the town no longer houses real estate offices IN town proper, April Grayson(sp?) was more than happy to give us personal assurance of an agent who actually lives in town and works nearby. She tried to call him for us, but he didn't answer, so she gave me his number and we went on our way. (One of the other women also gave me directions to another house that has just gone up for sale by owner nearby) What we found out a little later, when we got hold of the real estate agent, is that April kept calling him to let him know we'd be racing out to him, so he was expecting our call. This makes me so excited that if we can move into Chickamauga, like we hope to, I'll already have some women friends! As for the store, it's a cute little bookstore that also sells vinyl. It's decorated in an adorable way that encourages browsing. I'd love to get my book on the shelf here. I walked out and told the Hubster that it seemed kismet that Ms Grayson helped us when the main character in my book is Noah Greysen. 🤯 Tell me it's not meant to be. How many Graysons do you know? If her son/grandson's name is Noah, I'm done.
