What an absolutely lovely little book store! A small but thoughtfully curated selections of books, including a lovely cookbook section. I emailed the owner about a special pick up, and she responded very promptly and was so very helpful. And the merch (sticker, shirts) are very very cool!

Cutest little book store with top notch books! We came out with two children’s books! The owners dad was working and he was the kindest man. You could tell he is a proud grandpa and dad.

This store is a gem. Small but expertly curated. Big portion of this small store is devoted to the most interesting, beautiful cookbooks you’ve ever seen. There are small sections for fiction and nonfiction, gardening, queer lit, and comics, zines, and small press stuff. Also a moderate section of kids/parenting books. Uncluttered space, friendly service (the owner’s dad was working there the day we visited), and a delightful experience all around. Well worth a stop on your visit to Edison or a detour on the way to Chuckanut.

Little shop with some unique finds. Has a kids section. We bought books to support the small business…hate seeing all the bookstores disappearing.

Stumbled on a whim into this sweet, well curated book purveyor with interesting rare art books (I got one and it's still making me think and re-think the stories, photos and paintings about a spy in the 50s who pretended to be an artist in NYC while working for the USSR), interesting culture, some fiction, comics and even a children's section. They also have a hand in publishing small books related to Skagit Valley and the PNW. When I was there, Genuine Skagit Cooking authors Blake Van Roekel and Stefanie LeJeunesse were in to sign and muse on the beauty of food, establishments around the area that contributed recipes, farmers and the glory that is Skagit. Their owner, Michele, answered questions and rang up sales while discussing books and opining as well on topical subjects. So lucky to have found it. I can't wait to return!
