What a cute bookstore! Visiting from Phoenix and finding out the owner lived in Phoenix was a hoot. He runs a special place and the cat was a great tour guide. A must see for peace and quiet and to enjoy a book.

If you're in Bucksport, you MUST stop in. Cozy little shop that carries a range of things from postcards (which aren't easy to find), note cards which I love, my daughter got an unusual but cool bookmark and a little music box. I walked around to see everything while she sat and spent time petting the cat Lucky. They have magnets, cards, wine, calendars, lots of gift items and a wide variety of books. The owner is really nice, my daughter tends to ask a lot of questions and that day she wanted to know all about Lucky... he took the time to tell her Lucky's story.

Amazing bookstore! I loved meeting the absolute sweetest cat ever, Lucky. Great variety of books and a welcoming atmosphere with incredible customer service (especially from Lucky!). I highly recommend this bookstore to anyone who loves books and cats!

Lovely bookstore with a great vibe. A good place to go for older published items; not as many new items on the shelf. Great selection of fun Maine titles. But the real attraction: Lucky the Cat ❤️
