Having utilized the Bullmoose buyback program for about a year now I have to report that it is an extremely demoralizing experience. Embarrassing is another word that comes to mind not just for the customer but for the Bullmoose employees who must process the transaction. Paying pennies on the dollar and looking customers in the face to make such low ball offers must be a soul sucking experience. It most surely is challenging for people who might otherwise act in the world outside of this business with much more integrity and it leaves an incredibly bad impression. Please note that severe underpayment for used items is a theme of the Bullmoose negative reviews. I’m never looking for top dollar on a trade but basic fairness would be an acceptable starting point and twenty five cents for items that are then priced at $9.97 or even $5.97 is unconscionable. Bullmoose should do a lot better for all involved!
