Great local bookstore with helpful staff and 2 handsome shop cats.I love cats and books so I always enjoy my time when I get to stop in here! They have both used and new, including the very latest released books. Very organized, by both genre and then alphabetical. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and very open to giving suggestions based on your "likes". New books are cover price and used vary. I found 4 used that ran between 5 and 10 dollars, all in excellent condition. They have a kind of loyalty program in which you're given a card and it's punched for each $10 you spend, when the card is full you redeem it for $10 off your purchase. If you love cats like I do, make sure you bring a quarter, there's a cat treat machine and those cats sure know the sound of it!!

I stopped in for the first time today and I LOVED IT! Not only do they have a great variety of books, puzzles, and other fun things, they have cats as well!!! The workers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I will definitely be back soon

Awesome selection for a smaller indie bookstore, and NOTHING beats the experience of petting cats while browsing for books. They carry both new and used.. I scored 2 newer reads that have been on my TBR list, along with a used greek mythology book, plus another random witchy novel. If you're in the area, make it a priority to stop in and check it out. Pro tip: because this place gets pretty busy and the space is smaller, try to go early when they open so you aren't shouldering past groups of people. It can get clausterphobic pretty quickly when the store fills up with people.

Wellsboro is one of our favorite spots for mini vacations and this store definitely added to that experience! My daughter wanted to stop in and shop, my son was not too pleased because he is not much of a reader. I am not sure if it was the owner that helped us out, but she took some time with him and eventually recommended The Wild Robot and he loved it! He is reading the series now. Great shop, amazing selection, cute cats are just a plus. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!
