The books are like new. Along with puzzles. Don't expect much for the books taken there to sell. However, if you got more then you have room for, they'll take them off your hands.

Always has a great selection and amazing service. The staff there are incredibly personable and works with you for everything you need. I had to put a refund in without the barcode on the book and Rob, who was working the cashier, handled the situation amazingly. 5/5

I don't turn my nose down at hammy downs or previously owned at ALL. But this place smells of mildew. We couldn't stay long.

I ordered a book, got charged for it and got a tracking number. Then they sold it to someone else. How is it possible to charge someone and then sell it to someone else? Very poor business practice. When I asked them if they could then put me on a waiting list, they said they had no way of doing that. I guess they don't own a pencil and a piece of paper. The said they were sorry.
