Indigo Books

Many Thanks to the experienced employees of the Indigo Book Store in Freshfields Village. We have been going here for several years now. We visit not only for books, but also for cards. Especially, the handmade cards are precious.

I really enjoyed browsing the large selection of books and kids activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We always stop in when shopping in the area.

I found a great option for a vacation book while visiting. . Also had great options for children. It was such a cute little bookshop and I look forward to returning.

Though the bookstore itself is nice, the staff were not. It's a shame because it really is a cute concept. Small and charming bookstore located in a small beach town. Couldn't get much better. But as my sibling and I walked in, the lady near the front simply looked at us and said "oh." I felt it very standoffish. My sibling bought something and even recalls them being standoffish despite him thanking them and telling them to have a good day. I believe the customer service is poor and lacking at this location and could be improved. I did not feel welcomed nor did I even receive a smile or a nod. The store itself is very clean and well kept. There's a book for everyone in there, but I would not buy from them specifically because of their lack of manners.
