I stopped by on my last day of vacation and picked up a poetry book from a local author. The store was well organized, well curated and staffed with knowledgeable people. In all my years of retail this is the exact example of what I try to get across to my people as what an independent business should be. We will definitely visit again the next time that we are in town.

I visited this bookstore on October 25th and I am already claiming this as one of the best book stores I've ever visited in the Charleston area. And they have representation of the lgbtq community, which is AWESOME 🌈♥️

I love supporting local bookstores, so I come here all the time! It's very cozy and cute. Now, there is sometimes a friendly dog inside. This dog is one of the employees' dogs, so don't be scared! It is an adorable corgi! I like how there is so much difference in this bookshop. They have had sections for banned books and witchcraft books(my personal recommendation),and many, many more! I hope this bookstore stays in buisness forever!

Drove quite a ways to check this bookstore out. It is a small shop, all inventory appears to be extremely curated around progressive topics — hey, all good if that’s your thing. Upon entering, the employee didn’t even acknowledge me. I think that was because they were standing behind a large sheet of plastic that separated them from the rest of the store as if we were in the height of the pandemic.
