Pickwick Bookstore

This is definitely one of those bookstores that has a vibe that they've been around for a while. If you want an organized bookstore, go elsewhere. You can go here and try to pick through the piles for various books. I ended up with a book on gluten allergies, my daughter grabbed a book about NYC bodega cats, and my wife picked up Kamala's 107 days book. The price seems on line with other stores. I liked the old bookstore vibe.

I recently visited PickWick Book Shop, and it was a wonderful experience. The shop has a charming, cozy atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The selection of books is impressive, with everything from bestsellers to hidden gems and local authors. I especially appreciated the knowledgeable and friendly staff, who were more than happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. If you’re a book lover or just looking for a great place to spend some time, PickWick Book Shop is definitely worth a visit. I'll be returning soon to explore more of their collection and enjoy the warm, inviting environment.

Don't buy online. I hate to give a small business a bad review, but I bought a book on September 6th and I still haven't received it. I have emailed three times and called the store twice. No responses to the emails and when I've spoken to people on the phone I have heard both times that someone will be get back to me but no one has. I am happy to update my review if I receive my book. This was supposed to be birthday present and that birthday has long passed.

Beware this store is a SCAM! PLEASE READ THE REVIEW SECTION!! I regret placing an order here. After placing my order I got an email confirmation and my PayPal account was charged. I got worried when I haven't heard from them in a couple of days. No update that the book was packed, no update that it was shipped. They don't respond to emails, reviews, or Instagram messages. Apparently they just take your money and never send your order.
