Robert's Bookshop has been in business since 1987. We stock over 100,000 volumes, with approximately 50,000 in storage, waiting patiently for attention. Our stock is very general, with 2000 square feet given to paperbacks and 2500 square feet to hardcovers of every description. The store is decorated with ephemera, interesting objects, and original illustration art. The illustration art we have on display are the paintings used to produce the covers, sometimes interior illustrations, for books.

Amazing, huge bookshop with informed staff about their stock and the location of any book. We got so many reasonably priced books and came back two days later to get a couple more we couldn't leave behind. Great spot wish I lived closer to it!

We had SO much fun at this bookstore. It was like a treasure chest full of of absolutely everything and anything you can get your hands on. They have maps of each different level. It truly is like a maze. It's easy to navigate your way around if you follow the maps, and when asking for help I was met with nothing but the sweetest, kindest people with lovely service. I asked one girl for help probably 4 times. I had a blast here and scored an old Charles Dickens classic and a book of poetry by Lord Byron. I was so pleasantly enchanted with this place. Thank you for letting us experience your store. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend. 5/5 Stars! 👏🩵

Huge selection of books! It just goes on and on. You could get delightfully lost in the maze books - there are two or three buildings joined together. Very well organized and clean. Reasonably priced. Help is helpful - they seem to know where everything is. Amazing! In my opinion, this is a place you'll want to stop whenever you're in the area! You could spend many joyful hours here.

This place was a crowded little bookshop that my daughter and enjoyed navigating through immensely. There are books EVERYWHERE and it smells of old books, which we love. This shop participated in the Read through the alphabet challenge at the local library and gave out $10 gift cards to everyone who finished during 2025 and my daughter got one of them! Very fun experience!

As a lifelong connoisseur of books, this was like coming directly into Heaven. There are SO MANY BOOKS HERE. They're organized into history of different nations, hobbies, every possible interest... overflowing into aisles, piled everywhere you can see. I wish I had a half day (at least) to spend inside. It's amazing. I got several vintage books and a couple used ones and left all the happier. Fabulous place!
