This shop was beautiful and so full of books and amazing gifts to look at. I loved the selection and the prices were very good. The service was friendly. I felt like I could have spent hours in there if I had time. This is a great store to stop in, especially if you love indie bookstores!

I cannot get enough of this bookstore. Cozy, packed with great books, and friendly staff. I won't go anywhere else. If you haven't stopped in, do yourself a favor and take a moment..it's fantastic. I would say The Book Dragon is a 'hidden' gem, but considering all of the awards it has won, it doesn't seem too 'hidden.' Love this place!

Visited this place yesterday! The lady running it was very polite and told me which table I could put my bottle of Lemonade at. Looked around for a few minutes and eventually got a book about Cats with Jobs and I'm really happy that I got to stop by and check it out!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. The moment we opened the door, Sandy was unwelcoming with a scowl on her face. She was belittling to my mother when she asked for a book by the wrong title. If you go in you better know exactly what you want, what they have and where they have it because they can’t be bothered. The layout of the store is not accessible, so you better have an able body to shop there. Books are placed on shelves in such a way that if you place a book back too far it will push the books behind it back and potentially off the shelf. Lord, help you if you accidentally do that. We weren’t offered receipts (why on Earth would we want one?) In short, the name of the store is indicative of who is running it. We support independent bookstores every chance we get so it pains me to have to leave this review, but hopefully it will spare others the experience of these dragons or maybe (although unlikely) encourage them to change their attitude for the sake of their business. Oh- if you want a children’s or YA book - do yourself a favor and go around the block to Puffer Bellies.

We walked in and the lady sitting in the entrance immediately told me I couldn't bring my clear plastic water bottle into the store. No Hi, or welcome, just a horrible unwelcoming greeting.
