An instant favorite shop has popped up where Carmen and Ginger used to occupy. Wonderfully curated and a delight to be in. Magical art and items are numerous here. Fun little toys, cards, and items are for sale. The shop even smells wonderful! We are so pleased this bookshop is now open. A great stop! I hope it remains for years to come.

This store is so sweet, beautifully laid out, has a great selection of books and if they don’t have what you are looking for they can order it. I’ve been waiting for it to open, and now it is open! I went today and loved it. The owner is super nice. Children’s books & toys, YA, poetry, essays, fiction, nonfiction, local books, history, science fiction, also some beautiful art and special objects. I’m so happy that Tiverton now has a local independent bookstore! It’s great. Can’t wait to go back

Don't be tricked by the size of the Yellow House - although small and charming, it offers a variety of sections, all exquisitely curated. I quickly fell into conversation with the owner about how she chooses the stock, and we touched on poetry, local material about Rhode Island, children's books (which is what I came for) and science fiction. Exactly the kind of bookstore to browse and buy when on vacation or passing through scenic Tiverton, RI.

Fantastic little independent bookstore in the ground floor of an old house, curated with intelligence and care by the young couple that run it. You won't find everything in here, but everything in here is worth finding. I walked out with a book on beekeeping I didn't know I wanted, but there's carefully chosen new fiction, cookbooks, nature writing, poetry, kids' books, etc. Oh, and the background music they had playing -- classic Afropop from the 1960s/70s -- was totally my jam. Place just opened a few months ago and is one of those personal labors of love that deserves to stay open forever and definitely deserves your custom (preferably after hitting the cheese shop next door).
