Wandering Raccoon Books

Wandering Raccoon Books is a fun shop with a nice variety of different genres. I found a lot of my favorite books in the store, which means I bought a few more books than expected. We got a nice range of puzzle books, banned books, and manga for the kids, and random books that sounded good to me (for me). I loved the layout of the store and how the books were organized. There was a lot of natural light in the store, which I think makes the books look even better. The staff were very friendly.

How can one small book store have every book from every genre that I have in my TBR?! I swear I must be on the same wavelength as the owner or she’s just that amazing! I love how everything is laid out and even spent an hour talking with the owners mum about all our favorite reads! They have a great section of banned/challenged books and some fantastic stickers and bookmarks. I will definitely be back…. A lot!

Beautiful store, amazing selection, easy to find. The owner was great to talk to and was very patient with my child while he purchased a book by himself. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered an indie bookstore exclusive of a book and they had it ready for pickup quickly. I browsed the store when I went to pick it up and was impressed by the selection. They had everything organized really well and several books from local authors. The staff and owner were all super nice and helpful, even offering suggestions based on what I liked to read. I will definitely be back when I’m back in town.
