Just stopped in on a whim and was absolutely blown away by the huge selection of culinary books. The vibe inside was so cozy and comforting and staff was incredibly nice. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area.

A bookstore filled with amazing cookbooks (as well as books about food/eating/cooking) and the people working there are so knowledgeable and helpful! I’m a fan and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend this gem of a place to everyone.

I could just pull up a chair, pour a cuppa, nibble on...something and be content for hours here. Good think no squishy chairs nearby! I would, of course, leave with an arm full of new cookbooks and LOADS of epicurious and culinary inspiration.

One of my favorite places in Seattle. It is a fun place to take visitors. Book Larder hosts a variety of authors and events centered on community. The staff are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and can provide suggestions. I love coming here when I’m looking for cooking inspiration. I also basically do most of my Christmas shopping here - you can find a variety of things that go well with a cook book and make a good gift set.

Visited this spot with my spouse to attend a book signing for Joanne Lee Molinaro’s new book—a very cozy store with a wide selection of cookbooks, ranging from various styles and genres. Staff was incredibly courteous and we even left with an additional book on top of our signed books from the book signing because the store had so much to offer that it piqued our interest.
