Covered Treasures Bookstore

I have been to this book store more than a handful of times and I have always walked out with a book (or two!) There's a good selection of new recent books in every genre and age range, plus a room of used fiction books. You can also get store credit for your good condition fiction books. I love that we have such a great book store in Monument!

This is a great bookstore. Staff are super friendly and helpful. And, they have most everything. It wasn't crowded and check out was fast. We parked close by...it was an easy walk to the store.

I've come to this delightful locally owned bookstore for decades but it slipped my mind to review it until Google reminded me! Tommie, the owner is a pillar of the community and will talk books with you until you both are out of breath. I'm so thankful to have a local place to get books off the shelf, or ordered on my behalf quickly, with a smile and not too long of a wait. They often have authors on hand to promote and autograph their works and eceryine on staff is kind and pleasant to work with. They all share a great love of mine: books of all kinds both used and nes. Thanks Covered Treasures! See you again soon :-)

This place will forever have a special spot in my heart, 20 years ago when my parents were going through a divorce my father would take me here often to find a book. What a smile on my face to see it still there.
